This is a great recipe for people that doesn't mind a little bit of spice. I would recommend using the tamed jalapenos if you don't like a lot of spice.

1. Thaw out your bag of tater tots so it is easy to press a toothpick through it.
2. Take out 1 slice of jalapeno and 1 slice of bacon. Roll up with jalapeno touching tater tot. Bacon should be wrapped around jalapeno and tater tot. Pin on tater tot with a toothpick.
3. Cook tater tot until the tot is cooked thoroughly.
4. Remove toothpick.
5. Sprinkle your tots with some shredded cheese and you are ready to serve.
